I watch how you work. I find what's not needed. I take it off your plate.

I'm Luis Téllez and I help businesses do more with less. I see where your time and money go, and I fix it: with process automation, data, artificial intelligence or, sometimes, by removing a step nobody needed.

I watch how you work.

I sit with the people doing the work. I watch what they do, listen to what drives them mad and follow an order, an invoice or a complaint from start to finish. What really happens rarely matches the org chart, and that's where the time goes.

I find what's not needed.

You don't need to fix everything. In almost any business, a handful of things take up most of the time and money. That's the Pareto principle, and it's how I work: find that 20% and start there.

20% of what you do

The other 80%

Takes 80% of the time and money

The remaining 20%

I take it off your plate.

This is where it stops being a report. I look for the right tool for you, not the fashionable one, and I leave it working. Tick what sounds familiar and send it to me: I'll tell you where I'd start.

Yours isn't on the list? Even better. The most interesting problems never are.

This used to be called consulting. That's no longer enough.

A consultant looked at your business, left you a report and walked away. Then you had to find someone to do the work, and by then the report was out of date.

AI has changed that. One person can now build in weeks what used to take a team many months. So I don't stop at the slide deck: whoever finds the problem is the one who fixes it.

We live in the golden age of optimisation. There's no excuse for not doing things, let alone for not doing them well.

I've spent years training models. I know when they work and when they don't.

AI isn't a chatbot you plug into a business. I use it where it really removes work: for example, recognising the fields on every invoice and automating its bookkeeping.

I'm not a specialist. On purpose.

When all you have is a hammer, everything looks like a nail. So I've spent years learning across many fields: mathematics, programming, data, energy, accounting, marketing.

I'm not the leading expert in any of them. But knowing them lets me connect things that look unrelated, and that's usually where the best solutions are.

If I can't help you, I'll find someone who can.

Your problem may not be my field, or I may not have the time it deserves right now. Then I act as a bridge: I find the right person or company and put you in touch.

Four places I've already pulled the thread.

One message is enough. You don't need to know about technology or bring a solution. The form is in Spanish, but feel free to write in English.

  • If I can help, I'll tell you how.
  • If I can't, I'll find someone who can.
